Methods of Payment

A RETAINER FEE / DEPOSIT OF 50% IS REQUIRED UPON RESERVATION.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE MADE USING THE SQUARE SOFTWARE OR VIA ZELLE. THE FINAL (BALANCE) PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT DATE. THE RETAINER IS NON-REFUNDABLE. AT A MINIMUM, CLIENT AGREES THAT THE RETAINER FEE FAIRLY COMPENSATES PARTY LIFE POP, LLC FOR COMMITTING TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES AND TURNING DOWN OTHER POTENTIAL PROJECTS/ CLIENTS.

FULL PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

-YOUR EVENT WAS BOOKED WITH LESS THAN A 2 WEEK NOTICE

-YOUR EVENT TOTAL COST IS UNDER $299 USD.

-NO ONE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO SEND PAYMENT ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT (TYPICALLY FOR WEDDINGS)

-CORPORATE EVENTS ARE TYPICALLY PAID IN FULL UPON RESERVATION.

Date Change

ONCE A 50% RETAINER FEE IS MADE, THE EVENT DATE CAN BE CHANGED TO ANOTHER DATE. AS LONG AS THE DATE IS NOT FULLY BOOKED BY OUR EVENT PLANNERS, THE RETAINER WILL BE TRANSFERABLE.

Customer Responsibility

BY ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF RENTED ITEMS, CUSTOMER AGREES THAT S/HE HAS RECEIVED IN GOOD ORDER ALL RENTED ITEMS AND OTHER GOODS LISTED ON THE INVOICE. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RENTED ITEMS, INCLUDING THEIR SAFE AND PROPER USE, OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, AND RETURN TO PARTY LIFE POP, LLC. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR REPAIR (FULL RETAIL VALUE OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT)

PARKS & VENUES

CUSTOMER AGREES TO STAY WITH ALL THE RENTAL ITEMS TILL THE DELIVERY DRIVER RETURNS FOR PICK UP.

Cancellation Policy

THE CUSTOMER HAS 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF MAKING THE DEPOSIT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. AFTER 24 HOURS THE 50% RETAINER FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE

Here are the details of our First Time Order Discount Policy:

1. **$50 Off First Time Order**:

- This discount applies to anyone placing their first order with our company.

- To qualify for this discount, customers must be new to our services and have not previously placed an order with us.

2. **Qualifying Orders**:

- Customers can receive the $50 discount under the following conditions:

- **Option 1**: Taking advantage of our 2 Backdrop Sale.

- Normally priced at $250, the 2 Backdrop Sale is offered at $199.

- Customers will not receive an additional $50 off when purchasing this package.

- **Option 2**: Placing an order totaling $750 or more.

- Any order meeting or exceeding $750 automatically qualifies for the $50 discount for first-time customers.

3. **How to Redeem**:

- Simply mention that you are a first-time customer and wish to apply the First Time Order Discount when placing your order.

- Our team will verify your eligibility and apply the discount accordingly.

4. **Terms and Conditions**:

- This discount cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.

- The $50 discount is applied before taxes and any applicable fees.

- This offer is subject to change or withdrawal without notice at our discretion.

By paying your invoice, you understand that 50% of the entire order is non-refundable. You have 24 hours to request a full refund and cancel your order. Purchases of equipment, supplies, balloons, & paint materials will be subtracted from your refund amount if the event is cancelled by you (the client). By submitting your payment, you understand that any balance due must be paid in full 3 days before your event date. Party Life Pop reserves the right to cancel your event at any time.
